Challenge: Dr. Ghavami invested heavily in his Internet presence to support his substantial reputation and word-of-mouth referral base, yet his website ranked poorly for many important “Los Angeles” and “Beverly Hills” search terms, particularly those related to rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty.
